A not-for-profit education organization was seeking insight into how they could better support the needs of a key stakeholder group. PluggedIN developed an online community consisting of targeted members of this audience, working with them to get a deep understanding of their day-to-day lives and collaborating with them on ideas for new products and services. The community has helped inform internal innovation initiatives and created a comprehensive picture of the day-to-day lives and needs of the target audience.
