PluggedIN ran a customer advisory community with a hand-picked group of these customers to explore perceptions of the current product portfolio and investigate ideas for future product enhancements/opportunities. The community gave the ISP a clearer picture of the competitive landscape, their strengths and weaknesses, and where their future product development efforts should focus.
