A leading global higher education provider was interested in exploring trends in education among teachers. PluggedIN ran an online community with teachers from around the world to explore challenges, trends and new ideas in education, with the goal of developing ideas for how this provider could better serve the needs of teachers. The findings were used to strengthen/develop innovative new programs oriented toward teachers.
